Generating API Keys

After successfully signing in, you can generate API keys to access Regolith’s APIs.
Follow these steps to generate API keys:

  1. Login to your Regolith account.
  2. Navigate to the API Section: Go to your dashboard and find the API section.

  3. Generate Test Keys: In the API section, you will find an API key named “Initial Test Keys.” Click on it to view the public and private keys. These keys are meant for testing purposes on our sandbox URL. You can create and delete up to five test keys.

  4. Create Live Keys: To create live keys, switch to the live keys section and follow the prompts. You must connect your credit card securely via Stripe to create a live key.

Accessing APIs

To access Regolith’s APIs, you need to include the following headers in your requests:

  • regolith-client-id: Your public key generated during API key generation.
  • regolith-secret-key: SHA512 hash of your public key concatenated with your private key.

You are now ready to start using Regolith’s APIs to manage orders and deliver equipment to your staff.

Base Url

All API requests must include a base URL. Below are the base urls for each environment:

Sandbox ➔ https://sandbox.regolith.app
Production ➔ https://api.regolith.app
